Each product is made to order specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size errors, model mistakes, or change of mind.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, including a photo of the product and your order number.

After review, we will offer a replacement or a refund if the issue is confirmed.
